Blog Series: In my makeup bag

Ladies, after much thought, I’ve decided that its time to end the “In my Makeup Bag” series. So today is the last interview on the blog featuring yours truly πŸ˜‰ Be aware that when it comes to makeup do you think I started this series in the first place? I’ve learned so much from all of you who have participated and I appreciate so much all the products, thoughts, reviews, opinions and tips shared! Thank you!

But, before closing the series I’ve put together some posts with the most popular products, and the best makeup tips and secrets, call it the best of the best if you’d like πŸ˜‰ and I’ll be sharing them in the next 2 weeks!

Ps: A new series will be replacing this one, so stay tuned!

Current makeup bag: I bought this Rebecca Minkoff pouch (not available anymore) on one of those Friends and Family sales and I absolutely love it. I was happily surprised to see that the interior has a plastic lining, which is exactly what you need in a makeup bag πŸ˜‰

Makeup tip or secret: I never do this (as you can see I use a brush), but I learned from a makeup artist that you should soak your foundation sponges in really cold water before using them to reduce puffiness.
Makeup routine: During the day I keep it simple: some foundation, powder, bronzer, and chapstick. Sometimes I’ll wear lipstick if I feel like to. At night time I like to add a smokey eye, mascara and some eye shadow.
