Food File: Frozen Greek Yogurt Covered Strawberries

Here’s an easy-peasy snack idea that it’s high in protein: Dip some strawberries in greek yogurt, sprinkle on some dried coconut and freeze. Won’t take you more than 10 minutes, and it’s great little snack 🙂 I use 0% fat natural greek yogurt and unsweetend coconut, aaaannnd I even mix in a scoop of protein powder with the yogurt to pack in more protein 😉
